We work with our community to improve health and well-being through the following:

Growing KIds: This practical project has a number of benefits ranging from improving diet, increasing excersise, reducing obesity and caring for the environment. Families have their own allotment space and grow their own produce. At Eco Eric's birthday parties and Eco Eric's Eco Kids, groups of children go on bug hunts, dig for worms, learn about recycling and anything else connected with sustainable living.

Youth Services: Orchard Youth - Just4girls and Youthzone all provide a safe place for young people to hang out, but more importantly they have an opportunity to improve their life chances through involvement in various activities including: Cooking - Mentoring - Practical Workshops - Job Search/CV Writing - Health Promotion.

Homeless Healthcare: Working in partnership with The Welcome Center in Ilford we provide general healthcare for those who are homeless in the borough. This includes a general health assessment at registration and further care and or referral as required. We aim to provide chiropody, dentistry and will continue to provide a low cost counselling service.

Counselling: A low cost service for those otherwise unable to afford this privately or are unable for various reasons to access through the NHS. Primarily for those in financial difficulty, we also support newly qualified counsellors needing 100 hours practice in order to obtain their diploma level in counselling.

Coaching Workshops: 'We can work it out' is a one to two day coaching program tailored to help the unemployed gain the skills and confidence to get back into employment or further education. These workshops are tailored to the needs of the individual who leave with an up to date CV  and the tools to empower them to move forward in life.

Coffee Mornings: Nancy's Coffee Mornings are open every Friday Morning for the community to come and enjoy some great cakes and coffee whilst making new friends, and learning about all the opportunities available to them in the local community, either through us or other community organisations.

Food Hygiene Certificate: We offer training in Level 2 food safety in catering. This is done at our training suite either individually or corporately. So far 9 of our young people have gained this qualification thus increasing their chances of employment.

Web Design & Training: We offer discounted web sites for other local community organisations and also computer training and skills in a variety of subjects.

Through all the above we have so far impacted over 1500 lives in some way in our local community. Whilst not a Christian Company, our directors are both christians and run the company accordingly.

We are a not for profit organisation that relies solely upon grants and donations and bequests to keep our services running.
